First StepIn base of a requirement or idea from our clients (RFQ or something similar) we obtain all the information necessary (Input data) for go to the next step, Project analysis.
•Project Analysis
Second StepUsing the input data, our team of Engineers analyses the customer requirement, and determine the best option to satisfy the customer requirements. And create a work plan.
•Concept Pre-Design and Quote
Third StepOnce the project has been analyzed and a work plan created, Our Engineers can create a pre-design that will be presented to the client along with the quote and confirm that it meets their needs.
•Develop
Fourth StepAt this stage, we work in a final design and make revision meetings with the customer these meetings will be realized until our client be satisfied 100 percent with the design, once the design has been approved.

PIL Design & Automation, was founded to service the equipment needs of the unique manufacturing base that exists between El Paso and Cd. Juarez. We are mainly dedicated to the design and improvement of equipment for assembly, inspection, and testing to a wide range of industries. As well as machining of parts and tools of precision for the industry, also offer different services of industrial welding services.In collaboration with Aliter Mfg. of Mexico, PIL Design & Automation, has expanded south of the border
